“With a solid 15 years under his belt, The Regatta Hotel’s Executive Chef, Simon Street, knows how to serve up a sensational dish. Initially training in Middle Eastern Cuisine, Simon saw the opportunity to diversify his skillset and move into larger corporate kitchens.
In 2017, Simon joined the Regatta Hotel, bringing to the plate a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and excitement for culinary innovation.
The menu is testament to Simon’s, 15–year career as a chef, with beautiful presentation, innovative flavour combinations and great composition of dishes. Simon has carefully designed our menus, which provide an innovative, broad range of dishes using fresh, seasonal produce.”
