Who doesn’t want to cook quick easy weekday meals after a busy day? Here’s a healthy and delicious answer for you – how to cook ravioli with beef and mushroom sauce in minutes.
What you need is a saucepan for the pasta, a frypan and a wooden spoon.
And the ingredients are pasta ravioli, garlic, mushrooms sliced, a couple of good quality beef sausages and fresh rosemary.
Start by boiling salted water in a pot.
Then melt some butter to a pan and add in the sliced mushrooms, saute for 3 or 4 minutes until softened;
Add in 2 or 3 beef sausages with the skin removed; break up the sausages with the back of the wooden spoon.
Now for the herbs – add in garlic and rosemary and stir through.
Add a can of tomatoes to the mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile cook the pasta, then drain it and stir through the sauce. Add a generous grating of Parmesan cheese and it’s ready for the table. Serve with a fresh green salad.
