Putia Pure Food Kitchen will be undergoing some positive changes over the next few months leading into the Festive Season and into the New Year.
Not only will we continue to provide a fresh menu that changes with the seasons, we have also listened to some awesome customer feedback to create a change that will have you coming back for more.
As part of the feedback received we have been asked by some of our customers what are some Low Carb Options on the menu to choose from.

Breakfast
1. Putia’s smoked salmon breakfast bowl, lemon & herb scented bourghal, poached egg, baby spinach (df)
2. Putia big breakfast, naturally smoked bacon, fried eggs, potato beignet, pork & herb sausage, field mushroom, roasted tomato, house relish, peperonata, sourdough (hold the toast on this one!)
3. Bacon and eggs with your choice of eggs, naturally smoked bacon, Putia tomato relish, toasted sourdough (hold the toast!)
4. Create your own carb free breakfast by selecting one of our delicious menu items and adding a selection of sides.
Sides to add:
roast tomato
mushrooms
capsicum peperonata
and my favourite avocado
Lunch
5. Almond and roast cauliflower panna cotta, roasted heirloom beets, toasted hazelnut, shallot & citrus dressing, garden leaves, balsamic reduction (vgn/df/gf)
6. Grilled organic chicken breast, green peas, smoked kaiserfleisch, baby cos, potato skordalia (gf)
7. Seafood pizza, tomato sugo, prawns, scallops, calamari, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, garden basil pesto, cauliflower base (gf)
8. Fish of the day, white bean salsa, sundried tomato pesto, zucchini spirals (gf/df)
9. Putia’s Buddha Bowl + Protein
10. 200g grilled sirloin steak, sweet potato chips, cabbage slaw, peppercorn butter sauce (gf) (hold the chips)
