What are you picking up on your way out of the door?
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so here are my tips on what works for me and fits in with my busy morning schedule.
Granola bowls
Mix together some oats with toasted nuts and seeds, add some smooth coconut yoghurt and top with fresh fruit.
Smoothies

These are number 1 on my list. Go for sweet or savory, Simply toss everything, a few vegetables into a blender and whizz it up the night before.
Frittatas
Choose fresh organic or free range eggs, add in what ever you have on hand – cheese, meat, chicken or tuna, a few fresh herbs.
Again great to make the night before – quick and simple.
Nuts and fruit
Throw in a few nuts, pieces of fruit and goodie balls.
