For those of you in the know about all things coffee, Wolff Coffee Roasters is a premium brand and roaster in Brisbane. Putia Pure Food Kitchen has sourced a locally roasted blend from Wolff which is handcrafted with unashamedly sweet jammy fruit flavour, a pleasing sweet fruit acidity with chocolate and caramel undertones in the background.

Launching this week at  Putia, Wolff “Little Red”blend creates  tasty espressos and long blacks that are smooth, elegant and delicious with milk. The blend includes Ethiopia Galena Abaya Yirgacheffe Natural, Kenya Chania Estate French Mission Bourbon, Sulawesi Tana Toraja and Brazil Fazenda Cachoerinha Natural Red Catuai.
