Welcoming our new Head Chef

You may have noticed a new face in the kitchen here at Putia, and we are all smiles introducing Ben King as Putia Pure Food Kitchen’s new Head Chef.

Ben brings with him a wealth of food knowledge from his previous experiences at Blockhouse, The Mill on Constance, Claret House, Sails Seafood and London Club to name a few. What we love about Ben – his open, friendly and funny personality, his passion for fresh, local, produce, flavour, food flair and of course his skills in the garden. Ben’s wonderful food creations will grace our menu pages as well as our daily specials. Pop in and say hi he is always smiling and keen to share his creative inspirations.
