We kick off our 2019 schedule with a fantastic line up of talented professional chefs, nutritionists, garden gurus and producers and food lovers, all showcasing an array of diverse cuisines and classes. All of our presenters are eager to share their passion and aim to inspire attendants wanting to learn new skills and enjoy eating real foods made from scratch. Classes are suitable for all skill levels ranging from beginners to more advanced.

All classes are designed to be fun while learning hands-on cooking techniques, chefs’ secrets and knife skills. Classes will be specified as vegetarian and gluten-free for those looking for dietary requirements.
Putia offers 3 different styles of classes
Hands On Cooking Classes – These classes are perfect if you enjoy getting involved in all aspects of cooking and preparation of recipes with personal guidance, working with and meeting new people and then sharing a delicious meal at the end of each class. Classes are limited to 16 participants and run for approximately 2.5 – 3 hours commencing at 6.30pm to finish about 9.30.
Hands-On Workshops – These classes focus on one or two recipes and a specific style of cooking or technique. These classes run for approx 2 hours and focus on giving you specialized techniques and guidance. Classes are limited to 16 people. Depending on the class, you can enjoy what you cooked in the class or take it home. Beverages are provided.
Workshops – Our workshops are designed for you to sit back, relax and enjoy. We give you 2 hours of information, demonstrations with some hands on, tastings /lunch or dinner, drinks and either recipes or an information pack to take home with you. Maximum of 30 people.
Putia is fully licensed, providing complimentary wines and non-alcoholic beverages to accompany appropriate classes. Beer and other beverages can be purchased on the night.
Corporate and Privately booked group classes:
Putia welcomes bookings for corporate team building, special events and private group classes. Hands-on and demonstration classes can be customized to suit large and small numbers from 20 participants including banquet dinners and accompanying wines. For further information contact us via email.
